→Complete the entire next section in your spelling books and submit completed work to my email address clucky@nlca.info. 

11-12 Grade-  Please do only sections A & B this week.   

→This week’s grammar assignment is an easy one!  I want you to brush up on your Grammar Skills.  When we left school, we were about to discuss adjectives.  I would like for you to use your grammar books (handbooks if you are a junior or senior) and look over that chapter.  You will also want to review adverbs and pronouns.  (Remember pronouns and adjectives are sometimes confused.  Don’t confuse them J).

You will need to compose a power point presentation that includes the following things:

1.    Definition of Adverb

2.    Definition of Adjective

3.    The questions answered by an adverb

4.    The questions answered by an adjective

5.    Examples of each (adverb and adjectives

a.    Use pictures to enhance your examples

6.    Make a slide that has a few questions for other students to answer. (Distinguish the adverbs and adjectives in each sentence.  Etc…)

The entire slide show should be 10-12 slides.  Once completed email it to me at clucky@nlca.info and use your name and power point as the subject.  (John Doe Power Point)

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO POWERPOINT, YOU CAN USE PEN AND

PAPER TO CREATE THIS ASSIGNMENT.  YOU WILL WANT TO BE CREATIVE AND INSERT PICTURES FROM MAGAZINES, OR YOUR OWN ARTWORK.   THE ASSIGNMENT WILL NEED TURNED IN LIKE WE DID FOR THE FIRST PACKET. Send it to my email at clucky@nlca.info with your name and power point as the subject.

I will be using the attached rubric to grade your work.  Shoot for receiving a 4 on each section.  You will be graded according to your grade level.  I will not expect as much from a 7^th grade student as what I will expect of a 12^th grade student.  Be creative.  Teach me something J

Bible Work for Packet 2

Complete the following questions on paper and submit them to my email by April 21. You can earn extra points by telling me the scriptures and main idea of other devotions you do this week.  It is so important to stay in the Word!
