Happy Week Before Thanksgiving Break!

 I cannot believe how quickly this semester is going by!  As you know, we are busy preparing for the Christmas Play, but we are also in the middle of the Great Grammar Games!  I am very proud of the progress you are making in grammar.  It looks like our grammar test will probably not be until after break though. 

We will continue to: 

• read our book
• work on spelling and vocabulary
• compete with grammar games this week.  
• The poetry studyguide you were given Friday will be used to prepare for a test.  
• We will go over each answer in class and you will be able to keep those to prepare for the test.  
• Make sure you have completed the examples of poems you were supposed to write.  

Finally, make sure you have your Bible verse journal up to date.  This month's theme was "Gratitude."  

Be flexible this week and stay on task.  Just a few more days and you get a break!
