We will begin our 10-Lesson Event on monday, November 3. Don't forget to scroll down to the Live Bracket Link. I will update it everyday so you can see where your team has landed.
Monday- Spelling/Vocabulary Test for 7-10 grades
We will NOT have a spelling test on Friday this week. We will have it next Monday.
- Througout the week we will be working primarily on grammar. There will be random grammar quizzes after the "games." We will ALWAYS review prior to the quiz and often you will be permitted to use your books/notes. I just don't want to surprise anyone!
- Please check your grades. Everything I have been given has been posted, and there a lot of missing assignments.
- Please remember that study guides are just that. Students will be expected to apply what they have learned. Tests are not always a reguratation of memorized material.
- Become familiar with your level and achievements on IXL. Don't forget to enter the arena for 15 questions a week- minimum. Use your time wisely.
- Each week students are expected to take notes in chapel. I have discussed this in class, but some students have not turned them in. Everyone has been given a composition notebook to use. Take it with you to chapel, along with your Bible!
Should any homework be assigned this week, I will post it here. Otherwise, enjoy the Great Grammar Games!

DC TRIP NEWS
We will begin our first fundraiser for the DC trip on Monday. It is a kettle corn fundraiser. All of the profit you make will be applied directly to your account. You work to pay for your trip. If you choose not to sell the popcorn, you simply will not receive a profit. The choice is yours. Thank you for signing up for the trip; it is going to be fantastic!
*You must collect money when you take the order. All orders will be back befoer Thanksgiving break.
